I am currently working as a community based Palliative Care Team Leader. I became a Hospice RNCM 12 years ago after taking care of my grandparents at home for end of life. I began my nursing career in a hospital and favored the Palliative Care floor which lead me to Hospice. When we started our Palliative Care program I knew I had to be part of it.
