I am a certified hospice and palliative nurse. I currently serve as the Community Clinical Liaison with Four Seasons Hospice in Franklin; NC I have experienced many roles as a hospice nurse over the past 25 years. The roles and experience include prn nurse, on-call, case manager, facility liaison, nursing home specialist, patient care coordinator, hospice administrator, director of informatics, regional director, executive director, executive vp of hospice services, regularoty analyst for software company, vp of clinical operations, and several more. The most important experience throughoutthe roles was relationships, fellowship with other hospice colleagues, and engaging families/pts with meaningful intentional end of life care.
