HPNA Student Membership Application

HPNA is pleased to offer full-time students in undergraduate, pre-licensure programs the opportunity to join the organization for free. 

Create an account on our HPNA website. Using your login credentials, complete the application on this page. 

Applicants will be required to show proof of active enrollment in a nursing program using one of the following:

• Official or unofficial transcript showing current enrollment and graduation date
• Letter from advisor (signed and recently dated)
• Letter from registrar (signed and recently dated)
• Student ID card (must show a valid, unexpired expiration date on the ID)
