I have been a hospice nurse for 15 years. I also have 15+ years of long term care and dementia unit experience. I am a clinical services manager for a non-profit hospice in eastern Iowa. Before accepting the CSM role I served as a float nurse, RN case manager and admission nurse. I coach online for Purdue Northwest University for multiple BSN courses but the majority of my work there is in EBP and the Capstone project. I also serve my community as a SANE.
