Dr. Fasolino strives to advance nursing research and evidence based practice within the Upstate through health system partnerships and academic settings. She has an active NP practice with Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville, SC in the inpatient and outpatient Palliative Care Clinic. Her area of research is symptom management for patients with chronic, non-cancer illness with a focus on end-stage pulmonary conditions. She teaches at the Doctoral & Master's level and enjoys working with the rising leaders.
