The Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC) is seeking volunteers to participate on a recertification task force. We hope to have representation from all credentials (APHSW-C, CHPLN, CHPNA, and CPLC). The task force will be charged with reviewing the current recertification requirements and providing feedback and recommendations using their expertise and knowledge of the recertification process. The task force will meet during a virtual session in May for up to eight (8) hours. The date(s) and time(s) will be finalized once participants are confirmed.
